Women in STEM Award
Description:
The Zonta Women in STEM Award uplifts innovation and celebrates the remarkable accomplishments of women between 18-35 years of age in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields and acknowledges their groundbreaking research, pioneering discoveries, and/or exemplary contributions to advancing knowledge and innovation in a STEM field. By recognizing and supporting these exceptional women, Zonta aims to inspire future generations and foster inclusivity and diversity in the world of STEM.
The Zonta Club of Central Oklahoma awards the recipient $1,000. The winner will be sent to Zonta District 10 to have a chance at an additional $1,000. Sixteen recipients chosen by Zonta International will receive an award of $10,000 each. The Women in STEM Award is awarded annually and may be used for tuition, books, or living expenses at any university, college, or institution offering accredited courses in STEM studies.

Women in Business Leadership Award
Description:
The Zonta Women in Business Leadership Award celebrates excellence and recognizes outstanding achievements by women between 18-35 years of age who are driving innovation and creating an impact in the business world. This prestigious award honors exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, ethical conduct and significant contributions while addressing global or local issues affecting women and girls or climate justice.
The Zonta Club of Central Oklahoma awards the recipient $1,500. The winner will be sent to Zonta District 10 to have a chance at an additional $1,000. Ten recipients chosen by Zonta International will receive an award of $10,000 each. The Women in Business Leadership Award may be used for tuition, books or living expenses at any university, college or institution offering accredited business courses and degrees.

Zonta Educational Memoriam Award (ZEMA)
Description:
Zonta Educational Memoriam Award is awarded annually to women pursuing a degree that will ultimately provide applicants with the necessary skills and expertise to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health or professional status of women worldwide. The Zonta Club of Central Oklahoma awards $1,500 to the recipient.

Young Women in Leadership Award (YWLA)
Description:
The Young Women in Leadership Award Program aims to encourage young women to participate in public affairs by recognizing the candidate’s commitment to the volunteer sector, evidence of volunteer leadership achievements, and a dedication to empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy. ‘Public affairs’ refers to all aspects of community life where decisions are made about issues that relate to and affect those communities where people work and live. The Young Women in Leadership Award honors young women aged 16-19 by April 1 of the scholarship year who are studying at a secondary school, college, or university in a Zonta district/region or are studying elsewhere but are citizens of a Zonta country. This award is given to young women who demonstrate leadership skills and a commitment to public service and civic causes. The Zonta Club of Central Oklahoma winner will be submitted to Zonta District 10. District winners will be submitted to Zonta International with the potential to win an additional $5,000.
